    NO SHOW / CANCELATION POLICY :

    To CANCEL your appointment we ask that you:
    1st - Use the confirmation link sent to your email from Resurva OR by logging in to your Resurva account.
    2nd - You may call — NOT TEXT — the barbershop phone number at (603) 283-8379. Please call within normal business hours : (Tuesday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 7:00am - 1:00pm, excluding holidays).

    CANCELATIONS : Within a four-hour window, prior to appointment, will be charged IN FULL to the card on file.

    NO SHOWS : Will be charged IN FULL to the card on file. Due to time constraints within the barbershop, arriving 10 minutes late will result in a NO SHOW.

    INCLEMENT WEATHER : Our four-hour Cancelation window will be in affect regardless of sickness or outdoor conditions wether it be Rain, Snow, or Ice. We ask that you evaluate risk ahead of time and make a decision to either cancel before the 4 hour window or keep the appointment.
